- Self Locking Push Nuts are a very cost effective option as the push nut provides a good balance between maximum holding strength and reasonable push on force. They are designed to be used on smooth, hard surfaces. Pushnuts can be applied with great speed, as pushing on (especially with an air hammer) and can be alot faster than running down nuts with a thread. These fasteners are especially suitable for products shipped in knock-down form

- Material / Coating: Black Oxide has a grey / blackish appearance that adds a mild layer of corrosion and abrasion resistance to the fastener. An appealing look when a bright shine is not desired.
