- Features / Benefits: Sourced locally with full range of spares parts and service backup this is a high quality tool built by Emhart Teknologies, the home of POP. The manual states it can install M6 steel but we have found it is very hard so we recommend if you have a few to install consider the PNT210 or Far KJ21 as they are better options
- Installation Tips: To use the tool please refer to the manual as often issues with incorrect setting of the nutsert is due to the tool not set correctly. There are alot of videos on You Tube which go thru the setting up and ther are demonstrations on how to install a nutsert. We find these videos really helpful. Prior to use we also suggest applying a small amount of grease to the mandrel to reduce the chances of stripping the thread of the nutsert during installation. The most common reason a mandrel breaks or the nutserts hasnt been set correctly is due to the tool not being set correctly or you are installing a small nutsert and have over torque it.
