  • Wedge Anchor Through Bolts are one (1) piece heavy-duty pre-assembled torque controlled mechanical expansion anchor. When tightened the anchor draws the tapered end of the bolt into the expander clip forcing it out and creating expansion forces against the wall of the hole. Designed to be used in concrete, solid masonry and stone.
  • Features / Benefits: Suitable for overhead applications and is removable. Ideal for fastening columns and beams. Perfect for quickly fixing steel and timber structures to a range of base materials: Concrete, Brick, Block, Marble, Stone. Suitable for both residential and commercial construction
  • Material / Coating: Zinc Yellow plated refers to the colour of the chromate that is applied after zinc has been applied. Yellow chromate increases the overall protection of the finish and is the preferred plating finish for most construction fasteners due to the good level of protection against corrosion. It can be used externally but doesnt offer the same protection as Galvanised or Stainless
  • Thread Pitch (Metric): Pitch means the distance between the peaks of two threads along a screw, bolt, or fastener expressed in millimetres (mm). Used when referring to Metric parts. For example, a thread pitch of 1.50mm means that the distance between one thread and the next is 1.50mm
  • Fastener length: is generally measured from the point where the surface of the material will be when the fastener is installed to the end of the fastener. Thus, fasteners with heads that sit above the surface are measured from under the head to the end of the fastener, while fasteners that sit flush with the surface are measured from the top of the head to the end of the fastener
