- Washers assortment grab kit containing a variety of popular sizes of spring washers, they are designed to keep bolted connections tight by locking the head or nut to the substrate using friction.
- Handpicked in Brisbane Australia: This kit has been hand picked, assembled and packed with care in our Brisbane warehouse. Packed in a tough clear plastic container, the kit contains some of our most popular sizes designed for service, repair and new installations. Replacement packs are available on our website, in different pack configurations to suit the DIYer to the large manufacturer.
- Quantities in the Kits: The kits are handpicked in-house by our staff, there may be a small variation with the quantities per item due to weight or human error, the overall total number of pieces inside the kit should always exceed the total quantity advertised
- Washer Sizing: The washer size is to suit the corresponding bolt size, it is NOT the inside measurement, e.g M10 x 21 x 1.2 Flat Washer has an inside hole size between approx. 10.50 ~ 10.77mm. This applies to all types of washers, Metric and Imperial
- Material / Coating: Zinc Plated is the most common fastener of plating due to its the low cost and shinny bright silver finish. A thin layer of Zinc is applied by either electroplating or mechanically. It is intended to be used internally. Whilst some people use it externally it isnt recommended if corrosion is a concern.
